Nanoplus Nanosystems and Technologies GmbH was founded in 1998 as a company
for customer specific nanopatterning. The main product of nanoplus are distributed
feedback lasers which are available at customer specific wavelengths between
0.67 µm and 2.1 µm. Furthermore the company develops customer specific
patterning processes on semiconductor, insulator and metal surfaces. These include
3D surface patterning e.g. for micro lenses or micro coils. nanoplus is based
on a highly qualified team of seven nano processing experts
