SENTECH Instruments GmbH was founded 1990 in Berlin-Adlershof, with the objective to develop, manufacture and market products related to thin film technology. SENTECH Instruments manufactures a range of products for the measurement and characterization of thin films as well as plasma process technology for the structuring and deposition of films for a variety of applications, especially in III/V technology and microoptics.
